    I think this has been a smoke and mirrors tactic to get the public's eyes off of Gitmo and Iraq. I'm glad it is dieing quickly. :-) ---Robbie

    Oh I know.  I can't believe this was actually presented as an amendment idea.  What an embarrassment. With all the horrific things happening in the world, some people are wasting their time because they're afraid two people that love each other might get to legalize their committment. @@
