Looks like a wet pan or bowl on something, possibly a picnic table with some fairy lights. And it looks like there are some trees reflected in the water. Am I warm or in the next county?
It looks like a cast iron pan with some oil in it... but then it looks like the very bottom of a wooden trash bin liner... why would someone decorate a trash recepticle with twinkle lights?
