Damn, has it really been eight years? It's been a wild ride, and getting to know you has been a wonderful thing. We may not have met face to face, but you're a friend and an inspiration.
I hope I didn't anger any friends with my "faminie through feast" statement. I was talking about my life--semi-retired to crazy insane busy back to semi-retired--all in the space of time documented by my blog. I was not editorializing upon my number of visitors/comments. If any reader thought I was dissing you, sorry!
