I suppose I could just copy and paste...

The ever-shrinking neighborhood of the blogosphere into which I sank my roots almost four years ago, is once again twisting, turning, contracting...fading. I’ll never get used to the transience of internet "relationships." Maybe it’s time to just…give it up.

But, as ever, I still need to write. And I won’t say this is my swan song, because I’ve composed at least two or three of those, only to be struck with the urgency to write, to share (with whomever) almost immediately upon clicking "post…"

I’m just going through one of those times, as we all do, of feeling disconnected and unappreciated by the ethereal spirits comprising this world.

I’ll be back…eventually.

Those who care, you'll find me here:

  1. Know how you feel. I am sitting here feeling lethargic about posting anymore. Uninspired. Feeling like a bore. I miss receiving comments from a host of people, I'm certain they are either stopped posting, moved on, found other projects to throw themselves into. Yet, I feel the need to write. It comes and goes...the audience is nice and addictive. I'm rambling.....don't go.

  2. We all cycle through these feelings Lisa.  I have found a small group of steady 'friends' and readers since going private and although I miss the adrenaline rush of a host of readers and commenters, it has worked out well.  I'll visit your other spot -- but it'd be nice if you'd stay here for your old faithfuls.

  4. I'm still here, reading your entries avidly.  Yes, I admit it.  I've become a "lofter" of late because my computer time is very limited.  A gal's gotta do what a gal's gotta do but, trust me, you do have a loyal following.  We hope you keep going but it's a tough thing to do.  I know.

  5. I can so relate!  The need to write conflicts within and drives us on...

  6. I'll try and keep up with you at blogspot.  I'm not as good at catching posts over there, and I'm WAY behind here.  I am so looking forward to a time when I can be more involved again.
