9/11, Iraq, 9/11, Iraq, 9/11, Iraq, 9/11, Iraq.....

"As he did in last year's election campaign and more recently as war opposition has risen, Bush reminded his listeners of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 - reciting the date five times in a 30-minute speech."

Will our illustrious Commander-in-Chief EVER stop beating this dead horse?????

9/11 and Iraq have little to do with each other.    THAT fact is slowly dawning on the red-state public

  2. Probably not as long as the majority of the public is willing to buy into it.

  7. It almost makes me wonder if he BELIEVES what he is saying, or if he is just repeating the lies that his puppetmasters have crafted for him.

  8. I truly hate this guy. I try to be open-minded when I listen to him try to talk, (I consider him a moron and therefore I reason that I should try to be kind) but honestly... I just truly hate this guy!
I thought a nice sensible thing that a President might have said in light of the Cindy Sheehan debacle would be something like this: Well, the reason our armed forces continually fight the good fight is so that people like Cindy Sheehan can do or say whatever they wish in our fair country."
What does he say instead? Best not to get me started.
I'm a 53 year old rabid liberal as well. Please visit my journal if you have the time, you'll find lots of political rants in between my raves (eyes are rolling)about life in sunny Florida.
    Glad I found your journal.

  10. I HAD FORGOTTEN THAT YOU OREGONIANS ARE ON THE OFFICIAL AMERICAN
'WATCH' LIST FOR TERRORIST ACTIVITIES, A'LA, AL QUEDA ACTIVITIES.
DON'T THINK SO? I RECENTLY ESCAPED FROM THERE DOWN TO ARIZONA AND
COULDN'T GET A DRIVERS LICENSE AUTOMATICALLY AS I HAD DONE IN THE PAST BECAUSE YOU ARE ONE OF 8 STATES ON THAT 'WATCH' LIST. REMEMBER THE MUSLIM ACTIVITY RIGHT AFTER 9/11? THE ONES THAT WERE ALL CONVICTED? TSK, TSK!! PREZ BUSH INDICATES THAT OREGON, CALIFORNIA, ILLINOIS, NEW JERSEY AND A COUPLE OTHER STATES, HAD THEIR TERRORIST CELLS 'DISMANTLED.'  ........ONLY IN THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF MULTNOMAH COUNTY.. WHEN I READ YOUR POSTS I AM REMINDED OF THAT.
AND SLEEP ON THIS - 500 PEOPLE A DAY SLIP ACROSS THE BORDER DOWN HERE BETWEEN ARIZONA AND MEXICO - A DAY, PEOPLE. THERE IS NOT A WEEKEND GOES BY THAT THERE IS NOT A GUNFIGHT ERUPTING ACROSS THE BORDER BETWEEN DRUG OR COYOTE RUNNERS AND OUR PEOPLE SHOOTING BACK. NOW, EVEN THE DOVE HUNTERS AND FISHERMEN HAVE TO CARRY RIFLES TO FISH ALONG THE COLORADO RIVER WHERE, FOR YEARS IT USED TO BE PEACEFUL. SLEEP WELL, COMRADES. WE IN SOUTHERN ARIZONA ARE WATCHING YOUR BACK.

  11. The more I think about what's going on the madder and more frustrated I get. Even moreso since watching 60 Minutes the other night and seeing what's going on in Sudan. Or should I say not going on. Everyone just seems to be watching & unwilling to do anything about it. The world is mad.
